Grade: Graduated High School

How do you stay focused on reaching your goal?
I set a routine at the beginning of the year and make sure you stay consistent throughout the entire show season

Do you show any other species besides sheep? If so, what other species?
No

What’s your favorite show? and why?
I would say the low State Fair FFA sheep show because all of my hard work and dedication leads up to this show. It’s also a great place to catch up with friends.

What do you do to celebrate after a big win?
I take time to enjoy the moment and then make sure to thank everyone who has helped me succeed.

What has showing livestock taught you?
Growing up, I always looked up to older kids. As I grew up, I realized how important it is to set a good example. Whether it’s in the wash rack, feeding, or in the show ring, there are always people watching you and it’s important to be as good of a role model as I can.

What’s your biggest dream?
To go on a bear hunt in Alaska!

What’s your lambs name? and what made him/her so special?
Shaniqua, When we first got her in the barn she was the craziest one out of the bunch. It took quite a bit of time to see eye to eye, But after a couple weeks she started to come around and we knew it was going to be a fun summer!

Who do you look up to?
I look up to Tanner Berry and my dad. Tanner taught me everything I know and helped me get to where I am today. I look up to my dad because of his strong work ethic he is always by me every step of the way.
