2.0 x “10” Big Al Donor
What is one thing you still want to accomplish as a breeder?
Consistency! We are the biggest critics of our lambs. We want to walk out everyday and like what we see. We strive to breed all of them to be elegant in there front 1/3 and round ribbed as possible while still maintaining plenty of muscle with a great look.
Favorite show ring trend?
Hard to look past a tall shouldered, shallow chested one that is wicked from the side and wide ended.
Favorite industry sire of all time?
Without a doubt Unicorn!! He is the sire of “Speechless” as well as several other industry influencing Sires that has made a huge impact on the club lamb industry.
Most influential female in your flock? Why?
“Robin” 7101 UnBuckle Your Chicken Donor. She herself was a several time champion as well as the 2017 Supreme Champion Ewe Missouri State Fair. She also has damned multiple champions as well as the 2021 NAILE Res Grand Market Lamb. We have only sold 1 daughter that she has produced. They are all donors in our flush program continuing to produce winners year after year.
Favorite show animal you’ve ever seen?
This is a tough one because there are several that come to mind that were all very unique in their time in their own way.
