How did you get started?
My mom showed when she was growing up and I followed my cousin around while she was showing. From a young age, I knew I would grow up in the livestock industry and showing sheep is where I found my passion.
Favorite thing about your show series?
My favorite thing about the show circuit is the lifelong friendships that were made. When it came to the ring it was all competition. Be your best because there is always a little one on ringside watching wanting to be just like you.
Did you win with the same lamb at each show?
Yes, my lamb was either Champion or Reserve at every show we went to in the circuit this summer.
What is one thing you want to say to the people who run the organization?
I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have grown up showing in this circuit my whole show career and it provides for a learning experience for everyone on each level.
Future Plans:
I plan to attend Northwestern State University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Sciences.
