What feed product do you feel helped them the most?
“Journey” loves Umbarger! A supplement that really changed “Journey” was Swoop to drop her belly throughout her show career!
What show day supply could you not go without?
Definitely Gold Dust, Swell, and Three Hours Out! We are religious about using all three of those products every show!
What did you do to prepare that helped set yourself apart?
Working hard in the barn is important, but what matters most is forming a bond with your animals. Every animal is different in how it behaves and presents itself. Building a strong relationship with them sets you apart in ways nothing else can.
What was the funniest thing that happened while you were preparing for the show?
The funniest thing that happened during that week was Knox Heffelfinger experiencing the “terrible twos”, he would throw his shoes up in the air every time he got mad and it was the funniest thing ever! We got in trouble for laughing every time he did that!
What was your celebratory dinner choice?
My favorite restaurant to have in KC is 100% Yardhouse! Get the Maui Pineapple Chicken (The best thing on Earth)!
