What is one thing you try to do that sets you apart?
One thing I try to do to set myself apart is keeping a very strict routine with stock at home. I may miss out on events with family or friends to ensure everything gets done at home. I also pay close attention to the little things that add up in the end.
What was the hardest thing you had to learn about showing sheep?
I think one of the hardest things to learn when showing sheep is how to have a lot of patience. They can be difficult animals to deal with and taking your time and not rushing things can greatly improve your bond with the animal.
Who has helped you the most as a showman?
My parents have been extremely influential in my show career because they always help me with anything I want to try. In recent years Isaac Gehret and Jimmy Stickley have been super helpful putting my show string together and preparing sheep for shows.
