What show day supply could you not go without?
Swell, and the cooling towel that Showrite provided each exhibitor at the show, it was so hot in that arena!
What did you do to prepare that helped set yourself apart?
I made sure to work with my sheep every day, when doing so I would work on showmanship and practice like I was in the ring.
What was the funniest thing that happened while you were preparing for the State Fair?
The funniest thing that happened was the day after we got back home from the show and my sheep and I were struggling with hand walking, so I had someone walk behind me to prepare for the next show. Then the sheep got spooked and I tripped and the sheep was standing on top of me because I wouldn’t let go!
What was your celebratory dinner choice?
Leo’s Lodge in Lansing! They have some of the best burgers!
