Tell us a little bit about your champion.
His name was Kanye, he wasn’t the best as a baby, but grew up to be a man. His original destination was to state fair of Texas, where we got disqualified at for bellywool. Then , my mom tried to sell my sheep to this family and I was like no way. Because, I wanted to take this sheep to Louisville and throw a shot at the naturals there. But, you know what god had a different idea than state fair or Louisville, he put me in the tract that got me the banner at the end of the day. And, I couldn’t be more grateful.

Throughout your show career what’s been your favorite lamb?
My favorite lamb, was in 2022 my Houston lamb, named Dave, had a lot of personality. So, when he was little he was crazy but I got him tamed down with animal crackers. Then, one day I got bet that I couldn’t get a sheep to shake, so that is exactly what I did. And, let me tell you this sheep could shake, sit and even sand on his hind legs if you held a animal cracker above his nose.

Do your prefer showing Wethers or Ewes?
I’m more of a wether person, just because whether lambs win market shows.

Who has been your biggest influence?
Madison Fae, because she is one of the best lamb showman I know. Plus, she’ll always be my first call once I get out of the ring to tell them how I did.

It’s showday – what is one thing you can’t leave the hotel/house without?
Personally, I have to have my hairbrush because there’s only certain ones that can go through all of my hair.

What do you tell yourself right before you go into the ring?
My mental speech, goes along the lines of ‘Walk in like you have the best animal and stare at judge like they’re crazy if they don’t pull me.

Are you an early riser or a night owl?
I am definitely a night owl.

What’s your favorite thing to do in the barn?
Throw on the playlist and do some legs.
