What are you looking forward to the most while judging the show?
Getting the opportunity to view the livestock at a different state fair.
What state fair did you show at growing up? What was your favorite part?
I grew up showing at the Indiana State Fair. I always enjoyed heading over to the Coliseum for the Grand Drive. It was always cool to see all the species get together for the Grand Drives. When I showed, I was only fortunate enough to participate once with the Champion Oxford, but my younger sister was able to show in the Grand Drive several years after I was done with 4-H.

What is one lesson you took away from showing yourself?
You are going to have a lot of up and downs on the journey. Keep working, ask questions, always be learning, and don’t let the bad days get you down.
