Do you have a favorite animal on the farm? If so who is it and why?
Collette, she is a 9 year old part downer. The grandma sheep we all love.
What’s the most interesting thing you’ve learned about raising animals?
Just when you think you’ve seen it all, you learn a new lesson.
Have you ever had to deal with an unexpected challenge while caring for your flock? How did you handle it?
Unfortunately yes. When caring for livestock, and multiple species, there are always going to be challenges. We work through these times as a family, thankful for friends and a good vet.
How many years have you been raising sheep?
Almost 30, time flies when you’re having fun!
What’s been your best marketing tactic?
We really don’t have one. We have been blessed by some really good people who have believed in our sheep. For that we are truly grateful
