How many years have you been raising sheep?
Double E was started three years ago, we have been in the sheep industry for the last 15 years between raising sheep with Ehler Club Lambs or working for various breeder such as Nathan Club Lambs or Beatty Club Lambs
What excites you the most about raising show stock?
Being the new breeding program we are it’s truly exciting to see that our program can compete at any level with any showman!
What is your favorite animal on your farm?
It’s hard to have a favorite, we truly have a number of ewes that we currently love breeding and newer females that we can’t wait to get utilized within our program.
What is one lesson that you have learned while raising sheep that has changed your perspective over time?
That you don’t need the largest or fanciest of facilities to be able to be compete
Where would you like to see your operation go in the next 5 – 10 years?
Still family oriented with striving for success for any one that shows or breeds with our genetics!
