What show day supply could you not go without?
I really like the smell of Sure Shine, and I think that it works well on their legs. I always add some to my hair too 🙂
What did you do to prepare that helped set yourself apart?
I practiced setting up my sheep, BJ, every day on the grass behind our house. Three days before the State Fair, I broke my arm at football, so other kids had to help me show. He still showed really well, and I think that is because of all the practice time he had.
What was the funniest thing that happened while you were preparing for the State Fair?
One day, when we were tracking sheep, they jumped over the fence and got out. It took 3 of us to calm them down and get them back to their pen. I really don’t think they wanted to exercise that day.
If you could invent a new fair food, what would it be?
Deep Fried Pickle on a Stick, like a corndog.
What would it look like if you designed a ride for the fair?
A sling shot that throws you into a pool of Jello.
What was your celebratory dinner choice?
Orange Chicken at PF Changs with Micheal Jordan.
